James Baker Hall Foundation Book Award Winner to be Announced October 1, 2024

“We couldn’t be more pleased with the response to our first effort,” states Larry Pemble, Managing Director of the James Baker Hall Foundation.

“Our main goal is to support Kentucky writers and
wow . . . they came out to enter. We are just so excited with the response.”
The winning manuscript will be named on Tuesday, October 1st at a reception and press conference at Spalding University. The winner will receive a $3,000 stipend, as well as a publishing contract with Accents Publishing, our partner in this initial effort.
